Stillwater Regional Airport Air Traffic Control

Stillwater Regional Airport is served by air traffic controllers from 08:00 until 20:00 local time daily. The air traffic control tower is staffed by federal contractors from Robinson Aviation, Inc.[ref] Approach and Departure services are provided by Kansas City Center on 127.80 (Ponca City RCAG).

Oklahoma State University

The OSU Flight Center is located on the North side of the airport and provides flight training services to OSU students. Through a letter of agreement with the Stillwater Air Traffic Control Tower, the OSU Fleet uses the callsigns "Bullet xx" and "Pistol xx" for VFR training flights and student examination events respectively. A discreet two digit modifier to the callsign is assigned to each OSU airplane.

American Eagle

Beginning in August 2016 Stillwater Regional Airport was served again by airline service. The airline service is branded as American Eagle and operated by Envoy Air Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines Group. The service is a twice daily flight from Stillwater to Dallas on an Embraer ERJ 135 or 145.
