Cleveland County Sheriff's Office
CCSO deputies have VHF and 800-MHz radios. Even with access to several OKWIN sites -- Norman, Tecumseh, Shawnee, Lexington and Oklahoma City -- there are still dead spots in eastern Cleveland County. The VHF repeater on 154.265 MHz, known as Low-band is used to fill these gaps. This repeater was replaced with MOTOTRBO-capable hardware in 2010.
CCSO also provides patrol service to Town of Slaughterville.

Cities
The cities of Lexington, Moore, and Noble use OKWIN for public safety communications. The University of Oklahoma Department of Public Safety ("OUPD") and other university departments also use the system.
City of Norman
All Norman City services are on OKWIN. Norman joined their two-site simulcast system to OKWIN in 2007, becoming Site 40. One site is atop the Sarkeys Energy Center on the OU campus, while the other is east of town north of Lake Thunderbird. Police, Fire and EMS Units can use adjoining sites in the system. Public works units cannot.
Norman Police are assigned beats by shift. Listing of beat officers .
