Coaching Staffs:
Note that some teams' coaching staffs use radios to communicate during games. A Chicago listener heard what he believed to be the Blues staff using 466.1875 during a game against the Blackhawks in 1999 (source). It'd be worth a search during a game to see if the coaches are communicating via radio and if it's scrambled or not.

The Devils moved to the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ during the 2007 season, and the radio usage at the new stadium is being discussed here. The arena uses MotoTRBO radios, which are TDMA digital radios. This format cannot be monitored with a scanner.
