The City of Oklahoma City has an 800 MHz trunked license for temporary use statewide. This is possibly used for the STaR-1 SOW. According to documents on the state web site, STaR-1 has a five channel OKWIN Motorola Smartzone IR site (possibly Site 26), a four channel EDACS site, and a four channel Harris P25 site. Exact channel usage is not known.
