Policing for the Township of Clearview is provided by the Ontario Provincial Police's Huronia West detachment. Communications are on Huronia West 1OPS33 talkgroup on the Bell Mobility Fleetnet System and the units identify themselves with 1Hotel200 callsigns. The 1OPS33 talkgroup is usually patched with the Town of Collingwood 1OPS31 talkgroup. These talkgroups can be generally heard on the Edgar, Penetang, Kimberly, Primrose and King City sites. It is sometimes possible to monitor policing in the area without a digital scanner by listening to the BEAT 01 repeater located in Collingwood or the BEAT 02 located in Huronia West.

The Township of Clearview utilizes two conventional analog VHF repeaters utilizing one frequency pair. Dispatch is provided by the Collingwood Telephone Answering Service. The main repeater is located near Duntroon and provides coverage for most of the Township. Another simulcast repeater is located above Creemore and provides coverage to the Creemore area. If a call is being handled on the Creemore area and you cannot hear the Creemore repeater, try listening to the UHF link frequency which provides a link to dispatch.

Clearview tests it's fire pagers at 6:35pm.

Georgian CACC provides ambulance services for Clearview Township. Communications are found on the Bell Mobility Fleetnet Trunk System.

Generally vehicles are paged out on 149.440Mhz and respond on the Georgian Simcoe North talkgroup.

Patches to Collingwood General and Marine hospital or Barrie Royal Victoria hospital are done on Georgian Tactical 1 or Georgian Tactical 2.
