I don't know if I'm writing on the right page, but I need help. I have a BC796D scanner,it was working with my pc, but I updated the firmware to v3.60 and now I get an error message. The message tell me that the pc and scanner are not communicating with each other. Can someone tell me what to do? I'm thinking there must be a patch or some kind of fix.
