Fort Knox, is the home of the U.S. Army Recruiting Command. Located just 56 kilometers from Louisville, Fort Knox encompasses 43,600 hectares in four Kentucky counties. Currently, Fort Knox has a population of over 23,000 Soldiers, family members and civilians.
