National Park Service
Rocky Mountain National Park, CO
Rocky Mountain National Park has their own dispatch center under the call sign ROMO (Rocky Mountain National Park).
Eastside Park Channels (East Net)
- All 4 RX Frequencies are Simulcast
- East Net Channels are capable of operating in mixed (digital OR analog) mode.
As of the summer of 2023, it appears that most park traffic operates in digital vs analog, but some traffic is still analog. - Park law enforcement rangers mainly operate on the Colorado DTRS Trunked System. |DEC 9471||HEX 24ff||NPS Rocky Mountain||
-Note that this talk group appears to be fully encrypted. Park LE does use the mixed mode system throughout the park when they do not have trunking coverage-
