A Site is the clustering of different Towers locations in to a given geographic area given a common name, with common frequencies and common talkgroups ids, it may be all encompassing of an entire jurisdiction or a small localized area. It can also be inter-linked with other surrounding sites or stand by itself. The most problematic aspect for beginners to grasp is in regular terminology refers to "a site" as 1 specific location, i.e. a Tower Site, where in the scanner world it means all towers collectively inside 1 grouping; i.e. 1 Group of towers in the north is called the the "North Site."
