Misc System Information 9/8/08 - It has been reported that all of St. Charles County will be converting to a digital system by 2010. http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/ApplicationSearch/applServiceSpecific.jsp?applID=5036859 Appears to be a simulcast system, unsure if this will be part of the same system (ID 1CE) as St Louis City. Or it may be part of the STARRS system http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=1085 BUT, the STARRS system may end up being part of the St Louis City P25 System too.
