Notes
The Pickaway County EDACS system is a standard EDACS system providing countywide coverage in Pickaway County. It is used by nearly all agencies in the county. There is also a five-channel backup EDACS system.
Pickaway County has entered into a Tier 4 partnership with Ohio MARCS in which they have installed and will manage the Pickaway County site and all users, sharing the Ohio MARCS system controller. Once the migration to P25 is complete, the backup EDACS system will remain in place for emergency use.
Both EDACS systems are maintained by WS Electronics LLC headquartered in Xenia.
