City of Conway police are full time encrypted; they use Faudis on AWIN as a interop talkgroup to communicate with other agencies such as Faulkner County Sheriff's Office and State Police as needed.
City of Conway Fire department does not use encryption. They interop with outside agencies via VHF or Mac channels on AWIN.
