Despite my objections, all of Austin County is moving to the 800mhz trunked Harris County Radio Network (STARNet) by the end of 2009. I owned 3 of the largest towers in this county, offered to let them on my towers for free, and even designed a trunked VHF system for them. Yet it seems they were still assimilated by Motorola.
