EMS units from Franklin (Sta. 5), Cover Hill(Sta. 13) and East Taylor (Sta. 17), now make up the CONEMAUGH VALLEY REGIONAL AMBULANCE ASSOCIATION. All ambulances are housed at the same stations, and a central Paramedic unit is also housed at Franklin. This unit is dispatched to all ALS calls in the 3 municipalities along with the ambulance for that coverage area.
