- Most Police talkgroups (excepting the UIPD/UPD/Sheriff Dispatch talkgroup, Champaign PD Dispatch, Rantoul PD Dispatch, Parkland PD Dispatch, Courthouse Security and some of the event talkgroups) are 100% encrypted.
