The first number(LO/WL uses most of these as well):
1-4 is the shift number (1=2100-0700 2=0700-1700 3=1100-2100 4=1700-0300)
5=K-9 units
6=Misc. Special Units (D.A.R.E, Public Affairs, Chaplain, etc.)
7=Reserves
8=Traffic/Traffic related (Bike patrol for OCPD)
9=SWAT
10=SAR
A - Adam - Clackamas Community College Public Safety
B - Boy - Canby P.D.
C - Charlie - Corrections
D - David - CCSO Deputy
E - Edward - Damascas/Boring Enhanced Patrol District
F - Frank - Marine Deputy / Forestry Unit
G - George - Estacada Enhanced Patrol District
H - Henry - Gladstone P.D.
K - King - CCSO Civil Deputy
L - Lincoln - Lake Oswego P.D. (LOCOMM)
M - Mary - Milwaukie P.D.
N - Nora - Molalla P.D.
P - Paul - Oregon City P.D.
