General Information

The District of Columbia Air National Guard's 113th Wing is based at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland and has the mission to provide the Air Force with fighter, airlift and support units capable of worldwide employment.

The 113th Wing is composed of two flying Squadrons, the 121st Fighter Squadron and the 201st Airlift Squadron.

121st Fighter Squadron is equipped with F-16C and F-16D aircraft after conversion from the F4-D in January 1990.

The 201st Airlift Squadron operates the C-40C, which is a military version of the Boeing BBJ, and two Galaxy Aerospace C-38A aircraft.
