The most common tone for P&R is D115 but D125 is also used in crowed areas. There are no other known output tones. To select the different mountain top sites there are a total of seven input DPL/DCS tones.

The common name for the channel is the site name such as Hector, Diablo, Zion or Pilot. You will rarely, if ever, hear users call the channels by color. That's done by DGS Telecom internally for organizational purposes.
