The only thing confusing is Lancaster County-Wide Communications (LCWC) is one of the few, Agencies in Country with the proper agency name, I have yet to see any others listed as .... County Public Safety and Services, the previous LCWC page directly linked the Opensky System that has been deprecated for quite sometime, and the Phase I system has been operational for quite a few years now, more than ample time for an anyone to change.
