The base Fire and Police Departments are no longer using the city’s trunked system. The Fire Department has reached a mutual aid agreement allowing Navy personnel to respond to fires with Station 13. Engines 1 and 2 will be identified as Navy 1 and 2.
The base marina operates on Marine channel 16. The hospital shares its frequency with base public works.
