I have picked up radio traffic from an unknown railroad company in or near the Mattoon,

area.  On several occasions, have picked up traffic on 161.19 CSQ.  I heard individuals

discussing "moving a heavy train" and referencing "signals in Effingham."  I also heard

one party on this frequency sign off by saying "Champaign out."  This suggests some

type of dispatch in or near Champaign is communicating on this frequency as well.  This
