channel as 'Seattle East' (BNSF Scenic Sub/Columbia River Sub)

Snohomish/King/Skagit/Whatcom counties use 161.250 (AAR 76) on the BNSF main dispatch  
channel as 'North Branch' (BNSF Scenic Sub to MP 32 and Bellingham Sub, to just over  
the Canadian border)
