Some Brush Patrol units are staffed seasonally, some are reserve/stand by, some are staffed year round.
 
Truck 1 and Truck 13 are new Tiller Trucks and carry everything in the Truck, they do not include a Light Unit.
 
Truck 2 and Light Unit 2 are based at Station 34 while Station 2 is rebuilt.
 
Fire Support Units 2 and 3 are operated by the Fire Associates of Santa Clara Valley Valley, providing Rehab and Canteen services to all the departments in the County at Multi Alarm incidents, these rigs are based in Fire Stations in San Jose and Santa Clara.
