- Contract negotiations with vendor started March 8 2010
- Contract should be awarded on or around May 21 2010
- Parts order and system buildout should start on or around July 12 2010
Note: There is a transmitter on 851.1875 the techs and the vendor are using to guage bit error ratio throughout the service area since late 2009.
