Team consists of the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department, the Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System and the Department of Homeland Security. It's primary purpose is to provide security at National Pharmaceutical Stockpile distribution sites, but it is also capable of responding to civil disorder, natural and man-made disasters and other crisis situations.
