I am very disappointed with the log in page to Radio Reference.....I never know if I am connected or not....It is constantly asking me for my login information...Haven't been able to do much with the program since I purchased it...Needs work...Steve

Steve this sounds like it's an issue with a program (which one)? you are using to access the database. Did you purchase a subscription? That's required to access the databases with programs (and we have a page for that, too). We have a software forum where you can ask questions, or perhaps a direct note to webmaster@radioreference.com (that's Lindsay's address) is needed. I would encourage you '''not''' to use the discussion page(s) because very few people know they are here. Steve this sounds like it's an issue with a program (which one)? you are using to access the database. Did you purchase a subscription? That's required to access the databases with programs (and we have a page for that, too). We have a software forum where you can ask questions, or perhaps a direct note to webmaster@radioreference.com (that's Lindsay's address) is needed. I would encourage you not to use the discussion page(s) because very few people know they are here. Use the forums or email instead - that will get you faster responses, and perhaps quicker resolution of your problem
