New Article Guidelines

I am trying to find the talkgroup hex numbers for Calhoun/Talladega county in Alabama. Im trying to program my Radio shack Scanner. I need the hex numbers for the digital talkgroups because the other talkgroup numbers does not match the hex numbers. Can anyone help me with any information about the hex numbers. Im in the process of writing a program for the encrypton for the Radio Shack scanners.The Hex numbers are the only way I can write the program for the scanners.Thanks for any help you can give.
