Wondering if the pro94 has a new cable out and a new software package for the models that have the pc connection on them

==Discriminator Tap Information==

From MAM1081, March 2006

Remove the back circuit board (take out the plug for the speaker first).

Unscrew the 4 screws holding the shiny metal shielding in place.

On the right there is a 22 pin connector labeled J2 that connects the RF board to the logic board. There are two columns of 11 pins and the tap point is the second pin up from the bottom of the left column of pins (pin 3, I belive). A ground point can be found just below the first pin up on the left column.

I soldered my connnection on the other side of that board (front of scanner - would be the 2nd from the bottom on the right side (closest to the speaker) from that side).
