Description
The Washington County / Clackamas County / Newberg public safety radio network is a multi-county system within the Greater Portland Metropolitan area, providing 800Mhz radio coverage for public safety and county entities from the Coast Range to the Cascades. The entire system is owned and operated by the Washington County Consolidated Communications Agency (WCCCA).
Overview
Operating within Washington, Clackamas, and eastern Yamhill County, four PSAPs, broadcasting from five sites provide 20 law enforcement agencies, 19 fire departments, and various public works departments with dispatch and unit-to-unit communications.
