The Washington County / Clackamas County / Newberg public safety radio network is a multi-county system within the Greater Portland Metropolitan area, providing 800Mhz radio coverage for public safety and county entities from the Coast Range to the Cascades. The entire system is owned and operated by the Washington County Consolidated Communications Agency (WCCCA).

Overview

Operating within Washington, Clackams, and eastern Yamhill County, four PSAPs, broadcasting from five sites provide 20 law enforcement agencies, 19 fire departments, and various public works departments with dispatch and unit-to-unit communications.

Rebanding

It's been reported that reversing the rebanding bandplan seems to work better for most scanners. Put the data on the first line on the second, and the second line first.
