==CBP / DHS [[COTHEN]] Network==

All Frequencies USB.  This ALE network is very busy with CBP, US Coast Guard, and other units that are part of the US Dept of Homeland Security.  The US Coast Guard is starting to use this network as a primary flight following mechanism for helos and aircraft, so you will hear lots of position and operations reports on the network.  CBP Interceptor Aircraft and P-3 AWACS aircraft also use the network, however most comms are in PARKHILL encryption (sounds like Donald Duck).

==International Amateur Radio ALE Network Channel List==

This ALE channel list is in everyday use in the Amateur Radio service, for normal communication. ALE channels are frequency coordinated internationally, and operators are subject to the different rules, regulations, and bandplans of their region and local country of operation. There is commonly an ALE signal active on the air, every minute of every day on one of these frequencies somewhere in the world.
