All Frequencies USB.  This ALE network is very busy with US Customs, ICE, US Coast Guard, and other units that are part of the Dept of Homeland Security.  The US Coast Guard is starting to use this network as a primary flight following mechanism for helos and aircraft, so you will hear lots of position and operations reports on the network.  ICE Interceptor Aircraft and P-3 AWACS aircraft also use the network, however most comms are in PARKHILL encryption (sounds like Donald Duck).

==International Amateur Radio ALE Network Channel List==

The International Amateur Radio ALE Channel List is frequency coordinated with all IARU Regions for international, regional, and local use in the Amateur Radio Service. All Amateur Radio ALE channels use "USB" Upper SideBand. All channels are subject to the different rules, regulations, and bandplans of the region and local country of operation.  Some channels or modes in the list may not be available in every country. This ALE network is an open network, and invites all ham radio operators and ham radio nets to participate and time share the same channels.
