Generally speaking, the radio IDs used on the system correspond to the bus number (e.g. radio 19 is Bus 19).  Radio IDs in the 500s appear to be base stations at "Transportation Base" and have been monitored to be 501-506 with radio alerts and private calls coming from 501.

The Calvert County Schools DMR system is comprised of two conventional repeaters, one located in Lusby and one in Prince Frederick, that are linked together to provide school buses with communications throughout the county.

Talkgroups

There are two talkgroups seen active on the system, both of which are on slot 1. Users don't seem to switch between the talkgroups. It is possible that the talkgroups divide the county into north and south. When bus routes are, once again, made available on the CCPS website perhaps a pattern can be found.
