The Cecil County, MD Department of Emergency Services operates a VHF narrowband EDACS IP Extended Addressing trunked radio system that uses ProVoice and ESK. The system supports all county departments.

While no commercial scanner is capable of monitoring the Cecil County TRS, DES provides a dedicated feed for all fire/ems talkgroups on the CCFIRE1 ramp.
