SCANNER BAND PLAN SETTINGS
Scanners Band Plans on some model have to be set-up to receive transmissions, since
the 800mhz frequencies were rebanded in 2012, without the Band Plan set correctly
then some scanners will no long understand where the channels(Motorola/TGID's) are
since they moved from frequency range of 866mhz down to the 851mhz range.

For scanners to properly decode, the Scanner must be a Digital Trunk Tracker with
capability for Digital Audio, as well as capable of being Rebanded, Radio Shack
scanners are either GRE/Whistler or Uniden Based Products, check with their respective
wiki pages.
