Scanners Band Plans Settings

SCANNER BAND PLAN SETTINGS on some model have to be set-up to receive transmissions, since the 800mhz frequencies were rebanded in 2012, without the Band Plan set correctly then some scanners will no long understand where the channels(Motorola/TGID's) are since they moved from frequency range of 861mhz-868mhz down to the 851mhz range.
