SCANNER BAND PLAN SETTINGS
Scanners Band Plans on some model have to be set-up to receive transmissions, since
the 800mhz frequencies were rebanded in 2012, with out the Band Plan set correctly 
the some scanners will no long understand where the channels(Motorola/TGID's) are 
since they moved from 866mhz range down to the 851mhz range.
