Many cars have a letter suffix on each unit. Example: 532A is the second car 
on the 532 beat

Suffix Letters:

A   Second crew on same patrol beat
B   Third crew on same patrol beat
C   Crisis Intervention Team member
K   K-9 unit
S   SWAT Team member
X   Traffic car

Dayton Police are dispatched by the Montgomery County Sheriff Regional Dispatch
Center on the Dayton TRS using Dayton PD talk groups. MCSO RDC does not use the
prefix "Dayton" like the other county dispatched agencies due to the volume of 
radio traffic.
