Collin County is completing a build out of a 700 MHz P25 system to replace this system. As of July 22, 2020, the control channel is on the air and the system is beginning testing. Based on the control channel data, this new P25 system will actually be Site 2 on the [[Plano, Allen, Wylie, Murphy (PAWM)]] system.
