Unknown talkgroups
There are talkgroups used between 101 to 110. But 102 is the only one identified at this time. (as of 2018/06)
Radio IDs
So far the rids are in this pattern, First three are the talkgroup, the fourth and fifth are the radio. For example in Talkgroup 100, 10010, 10011, & 10007 have been seen
