Metropolitan Police (MPD) uses talkgroup 21232 for traffic control around the stadium. DC Fire/EMS uses talkgroup 2096 for first aid inside the stadium. (source) NOTE: As of Sept 2011, most DC PD talkgroups are encrypted.
