Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal (NS)

The Nova Scotia Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal (TIR) is the provincial department responsible for maintenance of highways and other public assets, including management of the provincial radio systems, the Aliant Trunked Mobile Radio System (TMRS) and the Nova Scotia Integrated Mobile Radio System.
