Weather Siren Tones (154.1300 Mhz)

Severe weather warnings and activation of severe weather sirens is done through a set of eight (8) two-tone alerts, followed by Group Calls for County Fire and County EMS. Activation is done by County E911 dispatch.

County EMA utilizes cellular services for text notification of weather alerts, in conjunction with local Skywarn operations on the 147.195 Mhz (PL=107.2) KB9LHX 2-Meter and 444.675 Mhz (PL=107.2) N9MZF 70-CM repeaters in Jasper.
