Dispatch Center & Console Notes

The Richmond Dispatch Center provides dispatching for Richmond Police, Richmond Fire, El Cerrito Police, El Cerrito Fire, San Pablo Police, and Kensington Police.

The Pinole/Hercules Dispatch Center provides dispatching for Pinole and Hercules Police Departments.

The Contra Costa County SO Dispatch Center provides dispatching for Pittsburg Police Department.

(*)The cities of Newark, Union City, San Leandro and Alameda are currently using older Gold Elite consoles and have not yet migrated to MCC7500 consoles. Console numbers listed above for these dispatch centers are ranges only, and may not be sequential.
