Fort Sill Public Safety

Police, fire and Reynolds Army Community Hospital ambulances are on the OKWIN State of Oklahoma trunked system. Police and Fire dispatch talkgroups on the 380 MHz P25 trunked system appear to be patched from OKWIN. The other public safety talkgroups on the 380 MHz P25 trunked system do not appear to be used often.

Fort Sill P25 System

Base support activites are on the Project 25 digital trunked radio system.

Temporary Trunked System

In early to mid June, 2015 a new 380 MHz P25 Phase I trunked system appeared for about two weeks. The system may have been deployed by the Oklahoma National Guard for a training exercise that occured approximately the same time that it was on the air. It did not appear that this system had any connection to the existing Fort Sill P25 system.
