Franklin County Sheriff and Mt. Vernon Police had access to rolling code voice inversion for secure communications, however has not been heard on the channel in a while.

ETMC EMS provides EMS coverage for the entire county from Mt. Vernon. They also share a conventional dispatch channel with ETMC Air One North based in Mt. Pleasant at Titus Regional Medical Center.
ETMC EMS Mt. Vernon can also use the ETMC Dispatch channel on the TxWARN P25 TRS when conditions are right.
