  • The USCG is using their HF frequencies of 5696, 8983, 11202 USB for long distance comms. 11202 is the primary scene HF frequency for daytime operations.
  • The Department of Homeland Security Assets, USCG, and ICE are using the COTHEN network extensively for comms.
  • US Government SHARES (Shared Resources) freuquency assignments for Katrina response (traffic is being handled and has been monitored on the primary frequencies):
