Mode AM, FM, WFM

Number of memory channels 1825 (1600 regular, 25 scan edges and 200 auto memory write)

Tuning steps 5, 6.25, 7.5, 8.33*, 9*, 10, 12.5, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50,100, 125 and 200kHz

Selectable depending on operating bands.

Battery requirement 3.7V DC (with BP-244) 4.5V DC (3 x AA (LR6) cells with BP-262)

External power supply 5.1 – 6.9 V DC ±5% (with BC-149A/D, CP-18A/E)

Antenna impedance 50Ω (SMA)

Intermediate frequencies 429.1 MHz, 19.65MH, 450kHz 429.1, 20.75, 1.55MHz

External SP connector 3-conductor 3.5 (d) mm (1⁄8″)/8Ω

When turning unit on

reset all (all!): <up>+<down>+<ENT>+<CLR>+<ON>

partial reset: <left>+<right>+<ON>

cloning master/slave: <up>+<MENU>+<ON>

coning mode entry: <SCAN>+<ON>

undocumented(?), ako screen test(?): <MENU>+<ENT>+<ON>
