  • ISP unit ID's are officer specific and not region specific therefore you will not be able discern what region you're listening to by the unit ID#.
  • ARES and RACES members from Kootenai, Bonner and Boundary counties have established an emergency net to test and strengthen local HF capabilities and to try and increase participation in the State RACES net. The NIEN meets at 1830 local time on 3990 KHz every Thursday, except the first Thursday of the month. The first Thursday is the State RACES net, same time - same frequency.
