8/13/2011 - it seems that the analog Motorola system is no longer in use.  It sounds like they are using MotoTRBO radios on some of the frequencies.

DMPD is using Channel 4 (460.400-203.5 PL) for traffic cars and officers in the fair area. DMFD/EMS is using TAC 7 (453.925-131.8 PL) for medical calls on/around the fair State Patrol has a repeater on 453.950 (192.8 PL) for troopers in the fairgrounds.
